Each receipt starts with the member, ticker or asset, transaction type, disclosed range, and filing date.
Was it late?
Delay labels measure filing lag from the record dates we have. They are date-based review labels, not accusations or legal findings.
Can I verify it?
Official-linked receipts point to source documents. Pending rows are labeled clearly and can be corrected.
