Each receipt starts with the member, ticker or asset, transaction type, disclosed range, and filing date.
Was it late?
Delay labels measure filing lag from the record dates we have. They are timing signals, not accusations.

Official-linked receipts point to source documents. Pending rows are labeled clearly and can be corrected.
