Privacy Policy
PoliWealth is a public-record intelligence product. We keep account and alert data minimal and use analytics to understand whether receipts, short links, and source trails are working. This policy is written in plain English and may be updated as the product grows.

Information we collect
We may collect the email, username/display name, saved receipt preferences, watchlist selections, alert settings, correction reports, and basic product analytics needed to operate PoliWealth. Public receipt pages can also record privacy-forward event data such as receipt views, short-link redirects, share-button clicks, source-link clicks, bot/crawler classification, referrer, and broad device context.
How we use it
We use this information to run alerts, Evidence Locker, correction review, fraud/abuse prevention, security monitoring, source-quality work, and aggregate product analytics. We do not use receipt analytics to make investment recommendations.
Public records and third-party links
PoliWealth links to public records and third-party source systems such as congressional disclosure records, lobbying records, government-contract records, and market/reference data. Those sites have their own policies.
Email and alerts
Alerts and digests are opt-in. You can pause or unsubscribe from alert emails. We do not sell email lists.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards, Cloudflare security controls, and limited operational access. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. We retain operational records for as long as needed to run, audit, secure, and improve the product.
Contact and corrections
Use the correction links on receipt pages for record-specific issues. For broader privacy questions, contact the PoliWealth operator through the published contact/correction channel.
